When & How to Create Report
Report Requirements
It is our fundamental priority to create a safe and reliable environment where every user can trust each other. Through various methods we are able to eliminate dishonest users and fake listings. Therefore, in order to enhance your experience, Ownerz has developed a tool called Report. Report option is available to every user with confirmed booking. Report tool will be available for 72 hours after booking is confirmed. Every report must meet 3 minimum requirements.
1. Reason
- Non-contactable - user is non-contactable. User never replied on the call or phone was switched off
- Failed to Sign Agreement - user delayed, ignored or refused to sign legal agreement
- Fantom Property - actual property is different from the one that was listed
- Force Majeure - serious political instability, natural disaster, health issues, any type of major accident. Events that occurred after booking was confirmed
- Property Damage - property or its facilities has a damage that requires substantial maintenance. This information was hidden and it significantly affects the value of the property.

- Photo or video recording
- Voice recording
- Document
- Screenshot
- Any other proof that may support your report
3. Detailed descriptions of the issue
Once the report is submitted, we will review the case and contact you within 72h.
